It’s always exciting when we get to do something a little different in here, and that’s exactly what this project was…Different.
We started out with a children’s motorized power car by peg-perego and took it to a whole different level. This thing has a fresh coat of candy paint red with rims painted to match,custom LED headlights, and a JL Audio sound system.
Not to mention the custom G’ logos everywhere and the custom stitched suede seats with Diamond patterns and custom embroidery!
We did just that. A custom JL Audio Subwoofer enclosure with modified PDX amplifiers for a green effect. We’re environmentally friendly here at Cartunes and we’re going green too.
You may have seen our Challenger Audio Project that we posted about a week ago here on our news page! Well it’s done and came out looking great. Here’s what we did.

NOVA brought us a Barneyesque purple truck and asked us to transform it into something people would talk about! He wanted us to customize the truck for his DJ work with custom lighting, DJ area, big screen TV’s, Sound System and much more:

Joe Johnson came to Cartunes Atlanta with one word in mind….You may think that word was “bass” or “loud” or something like that. Instead it was “Karaoke!”
“I want a Karaoke machine in my truck”
So we started looking at karaoke equipment and figuring out what we need to do to get a karaoke machine in this thing. After some serious brainstorming we came up with THIS:
We decided that we use an Apple iPad and use the “Karaoke Anywhere” App on iTunes which features most new hit songs that come out on iTunes in a Karaoke format. We then used the video output of the iPad to output to 3 other screens in the car.
This gave Joe the opportunity to use his new Karaoke machine to do a lot of other things: Netflix, Hulu Plus, Vimeo and any other app on the iPad!
We also installed two Shure Super 55 microphones. One on a custom motorized bracket that came out of the back seat with a retractable reel and another on a reel in the center console. We then added an Alesis audio mixer that took all the sources and put them together, forming a super Karaoke machine!
So if you hear some questionably loud singing after a game downtown coming from a massive green truck, chances are the Hawks won !
**UPDATE- So you want more bass? We can make it happen! Swapped out 2 13W3′s for some brand new 13W7′s in a redesigned enclosure with even MORE power! If you didn’t hear it before you’ll DEFINITELY hear it now!
We’ve done yet ANOTHER Dodge Challenger! This time for Atlanta based Rapper Young Jeezy!
This ride started life as an SRT-8 Challenger and was fully customized with a full JL Audio Sound System, Custom Exhaust, Full Custom Interior, Custom Paint and Stripes, Custom Halo Light Package and lots of extra modifications.
If you’re in Atlanta and you hear a monster behind you, chances are it may be Jeezy ridiing out of control, Cartunes SRT8 style!!!
Recently Cartunes unleashed Jeezy’s all new Snowmobile Turbo to wreak its havoc around the city of Atlanta. What is the snowmobile? It started out as a White on Black 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo PDK. After spending a little time at Cartunes we transformed it into the true monster it is!
Here’s another project completed by Cartunes. This car features a custom built wide body setup to incorporate some extra large 24″ wheels with a HUGE 14″ rear lip on the wheel. The car has a ton of awesome equipment including:
The 2010 Camaro comes out and the first one off the line belongs to Atlanta Based rapper Young Jeezy! It’s been featured in the new “Camaro” music video and is getting a lot of hype around Atlanta!
